Anand Rathi Wealth Limited delivered its financial performance for Q2 FY27, reporting an adjusted consolidated Profit After Tax of Rs 121.9 crore to mark a 22% year-on-year increase. Assets under management crossed the Rs 1 lakh crore milestone, reaching Rs 1,08,377 crore as of September 30, 2026, for an 18.4% annual rise.

Q2 Financial Metrics

The firm announced operational numbers alongside shareholder payouts for the second quarter.

  • Revenue from operations reached Rs 344 crore, reflecting a 15.7% increase year-over-year.
  • Total revenue stood at Rs 356.6 crore, up 16.1% from the previous year.
  • The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share for the financial year 2026-27.
  • The stock closed 4.68% lower at Rs 2,038.70 a share on the NSE following the announcement.

Active client families expanded to 14,309 by September 2026. Relationship managers increased to 431, up from 386 in September 2025.

Fiscal Outlook

Management established guidance targets for FY27. The company aims for a revenue target of Rs 1,415 crore, having achieved 49% in H1, and a PAT target of Rs 460 crore, having achieved 52% in H1.
