Alembic Pharma Secures USFDA Nod for Binimetinib

Alembic Pharmaceuticals has received tentative approval from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Binimetinib Tablets, 45 mg.

  • This follows a previous tentative approval for Binimetinib Tablets, 15mg.
  • The approved ANDA is therapeutically equivalent to Mektovi Tablets, 15 mg of Array, the reference listed drug.
  • Binimetinib is a kinase inhibitor indicated, in combination with encorafenib, for treating patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma carrying a BRAF V600E or V600K mutation.

Capacit’e Infraprojects Raises Rs 35 Crore

Separately, Capacit’e Infraprojects has successfully raised Rs 35 crore through a private placement of non-convertible debentures.

  • The company allotted 350 Senior, Secured, Rated, and Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
  • Each NCD has a face value of Rs 10,00,000.
  • The allotment was finalized by the Finance and Operation Committee of the Board of Directors on June 19, 2026.
