Aditya Birla Real Estate (ABREL) shares advanced marginally on the BSE, closing at Rs. 1393.50, up 0.03% from its previous close. This move follows the announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Birla Estates, is expanding into the Navi Mumbai redevelopment sector.
The company’s foray into Navi Mumbai involves a joint venture with an affiliate of Priyanka Group for the redevelopment of Shiv Sai Co-operative Housing Society in Vashi. This project carries a substantial revenue potential of approximately Rs 2,600 crore, marking a significant strategic expansion for Birla Estates.
