Adani Green Energy Limited’s arm in the UAE has entered into an agreement with Minerva Holding RSC to jointly develop renewable energy projects across India. Minerva Holding is a subsidiary of EPointZero Holding RSC Ltd, which is part of the UAE’s International Holding Company PJSC.
Under the terms of the agreement, Adani Green Energy will acquire a stake in this new venture, focusing on expanding renewable energy infrastructure within India.
