Adani Energy Solutions subsidiary signs a 25-year PPA to supply 2,500 MW of round-the-clock renewable energy to Maharashtra’s MSEDCL.
Adani Energy Solutions has marked a significant expansion in its renewable portfolio as its wholly owned subsidiary, Powerpulse Trading Solutions, signed a long-term power purchase agreement with the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company.
The Core Agreement
This partnership focuses on the delivery of round-the-clock renewable power to meet regional energy demands. The deal structure includes the following key terms:
- Capacity: 2,500 MW of renewable energy.
- Duration: 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement Date of Supply.
- Counterparty: MSEDCL, the state-run distribution entity.
