Acme Solar Holdings Ltd. reported a significant 80% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit for the June quarter of FY27, reaching ₹235 crore. This impressive financial growth was underpinned by a substantial 63.3% increase in total revenue during the same period.

The company’s total revenue climbed to ₹954 crore in Q1 FY27, a notable rise from ₹584 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of FY26. This strong performance highlights a robust operational quarter for the renewable energy firm.

These included higher solar irradiation levels experienced during the quarter, alongside enhanced overall plant performance across its portfolio. Furthermore, strategic expansion of its Renewable Energy (RE) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacities significantly contributed to the top-line growth.

Operational Expansion

During the first quarter, Acme Solar made substantial strides in expanding its operational footprint. The company successfully commissioned 2.3 GWh of new capacity, marking a critical step in its growth trajectory.

• Cumulative Commissioned BESS Capacity: 3.62 GWh
• Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) Signed in Q1 FY27: 600 MW

With these additions, Acme Solar’s cumulative commissioned BESS capacity now stands at 3.62 GWh. The company also secured future revenue streams by signing Power Purchase Agreements for an additional 600 MW within Q1 FY27.
