Prabhala’s Extensive Industry Pedigree

Pradeep Prabhala brings over 20 years of profound experience in strategy and transformation to his new role. His career trajectory spans significant leadership positions across multiple consulting and consumer goods firms.

  • Previously a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the Consumer sector in India and Agriculture across Asia.
  • Spent nearly a decade at Monitor Deloitte, advising on growth strategies and market expansion.
  • Began his career at Hindustan Unilever, where he was instrumental in establishing the company’s modern trade business in India.

His deep expertise covers a wide array of critical business domains. These include enterprise transformation, AI, digital strategy, commercial excellence, supply chain transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability initiatives.
