Three IPOs are currently open for subscription with closing dates between today and May 14th. OnEMI Technology Solutions Ltd. (Kissht) saw the best recent listing, gaining +11.70%.

Currently open for subscription are three SME IPOs. Goldline Pharmaceutical Ltd. is offering shares at ₹43 per share, closing on 14 May 2026. The minimum investment required is ₹2,58,000 for a lot size of 6000 shares. RFBL Flexi Pack Ltd. also closes on 14 May 2026, with an issue price of ₹50 per share. A minimum investment of ₹3,00,000 is needed for the lot size of 6000 shares. Simca Advertising Ltd., with an issue price of ₹183 per share, closes today, 12 May 2026. The minimum investment is ₹2,19,600 for a lot size of 1200 shares. Looking at recent listings, OnEMI Technology Solutions Ltd. (Kissht) listed on 08 May 2026 at ₹191 against an issue price of ₹171, delivering a listing gain of +11.70%. Investors who received allotment recouped ₹1740 per lot of 87 shares. This listing above the issue price suggests that grey market expectations were met. Amba Auto Sales and Services Ltd. listed on 05 May 2026 at ₹134.5 against an issue price of ₹135, a loss of -0.37%. Two IPOs are scheduled to open soon. Bagmane Prime Office REIT is expected to open on 05 May 2026 and close on 07 May 2026, with an issue price of ₹100 per share. The minimum investment is ₹15,000 for a lot size of 150 shares. As the name suggests, this is a REIT issue. Recode Studios Ltd. is also expected to have opened on 05 May 2026 and closed on 07 May 2026, with an issue price of ₹158 per share. The minimum investment is ₹2,52,800 for a lot size of 1600 shares. Currently, there are five open and upcoming IPOs, suggesting a moderately active primary market pipeline.
