About the Company
We are a technology-led, asset-light agri-food company operating an integrated, multi-vertical business across the agri-food value chain in India. Through our digital platforms, we connect farmers with enterprise clients, enabling direct market access, end-to-end fulfilment and traceability across key categories including raw chilled milk, fresh fruits and staples. Our operations comprise: (i) Raw milk procurement and supply: Direct procurement of raw milk from farmers, aggregation and supply to institutional customers, (ii)Cattle nutrition: Contract manufactured distribution of cattle nutrition formulated in-house, and (iii)FarmLink: Sourcing and supply of fresh fruits (including value addition such as ripening) and staples to retailers and institutional buyers enabled through a digital platform.
Use of Proceeds
1.Funding the capital expenditure requirements for establishment of new bulk milk collection centres and/ or replacing bulk milk cooling units at existing bulk milk collection centres; 2.Funding our Company’s working capital requirements; and 3.Unidentified inorganic acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
