About the Company

We are a known, multi-disciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning (EPC) company. The foundations of our business were laid in 1997 when Tarun Dasgupta started Powertronix as a proprietary firm, which later converted into a partnership firm in 2007 and Tapan Dasgupta and Arun Dasgupta joined. In the year 2011, we have formally adopted the corporate structure and the ‘Powertronix Engineering Private Limited’ was incorporated. Our journey reflects continuous structural scale, financial discipline, and capability enhancement: •1997: Founded as a Proprietary Firm, establishing core technical competencies. •2007: Converted into a Partnership Firm to support larger project ticket sizes. •2011: Incorporated as a Private Limited Company, formalizing corporate governance. •2014 : Powertronix Engineering Private Limited acquired the business of M/s. Powertronix •2025: Converted into a Public Limited Company for growth and capital market readiness. As an Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing and Commissioning (“EPC”) company, we are providing comprehensive and integrated project execution solutions for industrial, infrastructure, oil& gas, power and new energy sector projects.
