About the Company

Jivkar Seeds Limited (the "Company") is an Indian seeds enterprise engaged in field-based seed selection, seed production, seed processing, storage, treatment, packaging, marketing and distribution of open-pollinated and F1 hybrid seeds. The Company's business is conducted through an integrated seed value chain comprising identification and selection of starting seed material, field evaluation, selection of better-performing seed lines, contract-farming-based seed multiplication, quality testing, seed processing, controlled storage, packaging, logistics support through C&F Agents and distribution through channel partners and local dealers. The Company's product portfolio covers cereals, oilseeds, pulses, vegetables, spices and medicinal crops, forage crops, gum guar and fibre crops. The Company markets its seeds in packs ranging from 10 grams to 20 kilograms, depending on crop, customer category and market requirement.
