About the Company
We provide audiovisual systems integration (“AVSI”) solutions (which we refer to as our “AVSI” business) andare a well-established player in the Indian audio-visual system integration solutions market (source: 1LatticeReport). Our AVSI capabilities extend across the full breadth of a client’s project, with experience across diverseuse cases, including unified communications and collaboration (“UCC”) solutions, as well as AVSI deploymentsfor smart conference rooms, large auditoriums, network operating command centres, and customer experiencecentres. Our AVSI solutions are offered under our “Online Instruments” and “Level 3 Audiovisual” brands. Inaddition, we manufacture interactive flat panel displays (“IFPDs”), provide light-emitting diode (“LED”) displayproducts and offer audiovisual accessories under our “LOGIC” brand (which we collectively refer to as our “AVProducts” business). We also manufacture white-labelled IFPDs for original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”)(which we refer to as our “Electronics Manufacturing Services” business or “EMS” business). Further, wemanufacture commercial lighting and architectural lighting products under our “Orange Plus” brand and for OEMsunder their own brands (which we refer to as our “Commercial Lighting” business).
