About the Company
Our Company primarily operates a technology-driven hospitality platform that connects Patrons (being theowners, lessors and/or operators of storefronts available on our platform) with Customers (being leisure travelers,corporate customers and other guests who book accommodations at our Patrons’ storefronts through our platform)seeking short-stay accommodation. We provide technology, branding and operational enablement services thatallow Patrons to list and distribute their storefronts through our platform and access integrated tools for dynamicpricing, revenue management, content management, customer support and supply performance monitoring. ForCustomers, we offer choices across a broad range of quality storefronts at compelling price points, value formoney through consistent, trustworthy experiences, and convenience through our seamless digital platformcovering discovery, booking and end-to-end customer support.
Use of Proceeds
1. Investment in our Subsidiary, Oravel Stays Singapore Pte. Ltd for repayment/prepayment, in part or full, of certain of its borrowings; and2. General corporate purposes.
