Use of Proceeds
The objects of the Offer are:To achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchange and to carry out thesale of up to 111,411,970 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders. The listing of the Equity Shares will enhance Our Company’s brand and provide liquidity to the existing Shareholders. Our Company expects that the proposed listing will also provide a public market for the Equity Shares in India. Our Company will not receive any proceeds of the Offer.
