Ex Rights2026-03-02 Rights Issue Inter alia, has approved the extension of the last date for payment of the First and Final Call of ?7.50 (Rupees Seven and Paise Fifty only) per partly paid-up equity share on the outstanding partly paid-up equity shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Letter of Offer dated January 07, 2025, the Articles of Association of the Company and applicable provisions of law. The original last date for payment of the First and Final Call was March 02, 2026. Considering representations received from certain shareholders seeking additional time for payment and taking into account the prevailing market environment and liquidity conditions, and in the interest of ensuring equitable opportunity to all shareholders and facilitating smooth completion of the Rights Issue, the Board has approved extension of the payment period. Accordingly, the First and Final Call shall be payable during the extended period from: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 to Friday, May 08, 2026 (both days inclusive) Interest at the rate of 10% per annum shall be applicable on the unpaid Call Money from March 02, 2026 (being the original due date) until the date of actual payment. The extension of time shall not be construed as a waiver of the Company s right to levy interest from March 02, 2026. The Record Date, previously fixed as Thursday, February 05, 2026, for determining the eligible holders of partly paid-up equity shares, shall remain unchanged. The Board further noted that the ISIN IN9526B01012 representing partly paid-up equity shares shall continue to remain suspended from trading in accordance with applicable regulations and stock exchange procedures until completion of the First and Final Call process. A detailed Extension Notice containing revised payment instructions shall be dispatched to the eligible shareholders and shall also be made available on the website of the Company, the Registrar and the Stock Exchange(s).
