Ex Rights2026-04-28Inter alia, has considered and transacted the following business:- 1. The proposal for raising funds by way of issue of equity shares of the Company of face value ?10 each /-(the Equity Shares ) for an amount not exceeding ? 5,300 lakhs by way of a rights issue ( Rights Issue ) , to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company, as on the record date (to be notified subsequently) on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory, statutory approvals. 2. The Board has constituted a Rights Issue Committee and authorized its members to decide on the terms and conditions of the Issue, including but not limited to, the final Issue size/amount, rights entitlement ratio, the issue price, record date, timing of the Rights Issue, , allotment of shares and other related matters. The Board of Directors have also approved the Draft Letter of Offer.
