India’s primary market sees 6 IPOs launching next week, aiming to raise ₹5,600 crore. This adds to 2026’s growing IPO activity.
India’s primary market is gearing up for a busy week, with six companies aiming to raise approximately ₹5,600 crore through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) starting August 17, 2026.
This surge follows five IPOs last week and three earlier in August, pushing the total for 2026 to an anticipated 54 offerings. Funds are earmarked for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
Upcoming IPO Schedule
- Horizon Industrial Parks: Launches August 17 with a ₹2,600 crore fresh issue, priced at ₹57-60 per share, for debt repayment. Blackstone backs this entity.
- Lalithaa Jewellery Mart: Also on August 17, seeking ₹1,700 crore. This includes a fresh issue up to ₹1,200 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) up to ₹500 crore, priced at ₹190-201 per share.
- Shankesh Jewellers: Opens August 18 for ₹367 crore. Comprises a fresh issue of up to 2.95 crore equity shares and an OFS of up to 1 crore shares, at ₹88-93 per share.
- Sunshine Pictures: Launches August 18, targeting ₹282 crore. This involves a fresh issue of 48 lakh equity shares and an OFS of 30.37 lakh equity shares, priced ₹342-360. Promoters Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah are part of the OFS.
- Gaja Alternative Asset Management (Gaja Capital): Opens August 19 for ₹550 crore. Features a fresh issue up to ₹450 crore and an OFS up to ₹100 crore, with a price band of ₹152-160 per share.
- Tempsens Instruments (India): Concludes the week on August 20, with a fresh issue of ₹95 crore and an OFS of 1.85 crore shares.
