Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and his wife, Pramila Rakesh Roshan, have leased out a residential apartment in Mumbai’s upscale JVPD Scheme for a starting monthly rent of ₹5 lakh.

This three-year agreement for their second-floor flat in Hiralaya Building was officially registered on August 24, 2026, with the license beginning on August 15, 2026. The deal includes a 5% annual rent escalation, ensuring the rental income grows over time.
