Despite the reported decline in headline net profit, the company’s adjusted profit after tax, which excludes interest expenses from non-convertible debentures related to the Sahyadri Hospitals acquisition, demonstrated a robust 30.9% year-on-year growth. EBITDA also saw a significant increase, rising 26.4% to Rs 749 crore.
