India Exposition Mart has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with Sebi for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO includes a fresh issue of 75 lakh shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 2.27 crore shares by existing shareholders.
IPO Structure and Purpose
Existing shareholders like Vectra Investments, MIL Vehicles & Technologies, Rakesh Kumar Sharma, and Dinesh Kumar Aggarwal are offloading stakes. A significant Rs 63.8 crore from the fresh issue will be utilized to upgrade infrastructure at the India Expo Centre and Mart.
Operational Footprint
India Exposition Mart operates the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida, positioning itself among India’s top four exhibition and convention venues by total area. The company offers comprehensive services within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector.

- Secured 45 confirmed bookings as of June 30, 2026.
Financial Overview
The company reported Rs 290.6 crore in revenue for FY26, a 20.5% increase from Rs 241.2 crore in FY25. However, profit saw a 21% decrease, falling to Rs 31.6 crore from Rs 40 crore.
- Third-party events contributed 56% of FY26 revenue.
- Own intellectual properties accounted for 11%.
- Hotels and hospitality contributed 13.5%.
The equity shares are slated for listing on both the BSE and NSE, with Choice Capital Advisors appointed as the merchant banker for the IPO.
