Time Medical Philippines, a Fischer Medical Ventures subsidiary, secures Catanduanes Province project to boost digital healthcare delivery and Universal Health Care.
Time Medical Philippines (TM-P), a step-down subsidiary of Fischer Medical Ventures, has been awarded the Catanduanes Province project. This initiative aims to strengthen digital healthcare delivery and support the digitalization of Universal Health Care across the province.
In collaboration with its digital health partner, FlynnCare, TM-P will deploy an integrated healthcare solution combining Health Kiosks with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System (CMS). This system connects community-level healthcare with structured digital clinical workflows and patient information.
This integrated approach is crucial for municipalities and barangays facing limited access to comprehensive healthcare services and diagnostic infrastructure. The solution is designed to bring healthcare closer to communities, enhancing coordination between frontline providers and the broader healthcare system.
The Catanduanes rollout also highlights digital technology’s capacity to advance the Philippines’ Universal Health Care program objectives. Connecting community healthcare with a PhilHealth-accredited CMS establishes a foundation for more standardized clinical workflows and structured patient information.
This move supports a healthcare environment that is increasingly accessible, connected, coordinated, and data-driven. Fischer Medical Ventures itself is primarily engaged in the trading of specific grades of Laboratory Chemicals.
