Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd experienced a flat market debut on Monday, with its shares listing close to the INR 60 IPO issue price on Indian stock exchanges. This muted performance suggests investors largely priced the IPO in line with its initial offer valuation.

Debut Performance Metrics

  • The stock opened at INR 59.65 on the BSE, reflecting a 0.58 per cent decrease from its issue price.
  • On the NSE, it commenced trading at INR 60.25, showing a marginal 0.41 per cent increase.
  • At its market debut, the company’s valuation stood at INR 16,873.63 crore.

The IPO, which sought to raise INR 2,600 crore, was subscribed 1.45 times. Proceeds from this fresh issue of equity shares are primarily earmarked for the repayment of existing corporate borrowings.

IPO Funding & Structure

  • The public issue was offered to investors within a price band of INR 57-60 per share.
  • Prior to the public offering, Horizon Industrial Parks successfully raised INR 1,168 crore from a group of anchor investors.

Horizon Industrial Parks functions as an industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner, and operator. Its extensive portfolio comprises approximately 60 million square feet across 46 assets, strategically located in 10 key cities.
