Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) recorded a significant 17.3% year-over-year increase in consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT), reaching ₹128 Cr. for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. This robust performance was underpinned by strong growth across its core mutual fund and expanding non-mutual fund businesses.

  • Consolidated PAT: ₹128 Cr. (up 17.3% Y-o-Y)
  • Operating Revenue: ₹395 Cr. (up 11.5% Y-o-Y)
  • EBITDA: ₹183 Cr. (up 18.3% Y-o-Y)
  • EBITDA Margin: 46.4%

The company, India’s largest registrar and transfer agent for mutual funds, saw its mutual fund asset-based revenue climb by 11.2%. CAMS maintained a dominant market share of 67.2%, with its Assets Under Management (AuM) reaching a new record of ₹56 Lakh Cr.

  • Equity AuM: ₹31.4 Lakh Cr. (up 17.6%, outpacing industry growth)
  • Live SIP accounts: 6.72 Cr. (up 18.8%)
  • SIP collections: ₹59,681 Cr. (up 20.7%)
  • Unique investor base: Over 4.85 Cr. (up 16.8%)
  • Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) segment: 11 SIFs collectively surpassed ₹10,000 Cr. in AuM.

Beyond its traditional mutual fund services, CAMS’ non-mutual fund businesses demonstrated impressive expansion, growing by 28.4% year-over-year. These diversified ventures now contribute 14.9% to the company’s total operating revenue, highlighting successful strategic diversification.

Diversified Business Growth

  • CAMSPay revenue: Grew by 69.1%
  • CAMS Alternatives revenue: Increased by 25.6%, with AuM exceeding ₹3.2 Lakh Cr.
  • CAMS KRA: Received in-principle approval as an IFSCA-authorised KRA in GIFT City.

CAMS continues to advance its technology modernization initiatives, with platforms like Fundsnet and CAMSLens 2.0 showing ongoing progress. The company is also actively pursuing an AI-led transformation, further enhancing its operational capabilities and market offerings.
