Four top Indian companies, including SBI, Reliance, TCS, and L&T, added ₹1.43 lakh crore in market value last week despite market volatility.
Last week, four of India’s top-10 most valued firms collectively saw their market valuation surge by ₹1.43 lakh crore. State Bank of India (SBI) emerged as the leading gainer among these companies.
Top Gainers in Valuation
- State Bank of India: Gained ₹63,922.03 crore, reaching ₹10,11,721.84 crore.
- Reliance Industries: Added ₹32,816.4 crore, with its valuation at ₹18,01,925.19 crore.

- Larsen & Toubro: Increased by ₹14,637.76 crore, taking its valuation to ₹5,56,482.45 crore.
This collective increase occurred despite broader market volatility influenced by several factors. The rollout of the new Closing Auction Session framework for F&O stocks, coupled with the Reserve Bank of India’s monetary policy decision and ongoing geopolitical uncertainties, contributed to fluctuations.
