Apple’s iPhone 17 series was the strongest-selling smartphone lineup in India during the second quarter of 2026, capturing 44% of the company’s total iPhone shipments. This data comes from CyberMedia Research (CMR), highlighting the model’s significant market presence.

The April-June quarter typically represents a softer period for Apple, preceding the launch of its next-generation iPhone models. Prabhu Ram, Vice President, Industry Research Group at CMR, noted additional challenges this year from memory supply constraints impacting overall shipments.
iPad Performance and Market Outlook
Apple’s iPad business also experienced difficulties amid a broader slowdown within the tablet market. The iPad 11 series led the company’s tablet portfolio, securing a 55% share of iPad shipments.
