Anant Raj’s Strategic Demerger
In a separate corporate development, Anant Raj secured approval to demerge its Data Centre & Cloud Services business.
The Composite Scheme of Arrangement, sanctioned by the Board, aims to establish two distinct listed entities.
This strategic move is designed to separate the rapidly expanding Data Centre & Cloud Services operations from the company’s core real estate and infrastructure businesses.
The plan involves consolidating all data centre and cloud operations under a single entity before its subsequent carve-out into an independent company.
