Juniper Green Energy Ltd has established its Initial Public Offering (IPO) price band between **Rs 214 and Rs 225** per equity share, with the **Rs 1,800 crore** issue scheduled to open for subscription on **July 30, 2026**.
This fresh issue of equity shares will close on August 3, 2026. Anchor investors can bid a day earlier on July 29, 2026, as the company targets a market capitalization of approximately **Rs 12,802 crore** at the upper end of its price band post-issue.
IPO Proceeds and Allocation
The company plans to deploy the significant capital raised from the IPO primarily towards debt management and project investment across its subsidiaries.
• **Rs 683.24 crore** is allocated for repaying or prepaying existing borrowings.
• **Rs 728.69 crore** will be invested in subsidiaries—Juniper Green Gamma One, Juniper Green Kite, and Juniper Green Power Five—to address their outstanding loans.
• Remaining funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The IPO structure reserves **50 percent** of the issue for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), with **15 percent** for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and **35 percent** for retail investors. Eligible employees will receive a portion of equity shares, up to **Rs 2 crore**, along with a discount of **Rs 21** per share.

Juniper Green Energy, a Gurugram-based firm backed by Singapore-based AT Capital Group, focuses on utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, and battery energy storage projects across India.
The company’s integrated platform covers project development, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations. Notable achievements include commissioning India’s first merchant **100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)** project in Rajasthan and initiating an integrated Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project.
The shares are slated for listing on the **BSE and NSE** on **August 6, 2026**. ICICI Securities, HSBC Securities, JM Financial, and Kotak Mahindra Capital are serving as the book-running lead managers, with KFin Technologies as the registrar.
