JSA Advocates & Solicitors is significantly strengthening its corporate practice through the addition of key personnel from CMS IndusLaw. The move includes three equity partners—Siddharth Manchanda, Rashi Saraf, and Minhaz Lokhandwala—who are transitioning to JSA.
This strategic acquisition also brings approximately 18 associates and one retainer partner to JSA, substantially increasing its legal team to over 700 professionals. The expansion aims to enhance JSA’s service offerings in a market experiencing considerable consolidation.
