India’s toll collections have reached a record ₹82,900.16 crore in the past fiscal year, marking a 14% increase. The surge reflects the expansion of new toll roads, strong economic activity, and the widespread adoption of the FASTag system.

The growth in toll revenue also corresponds with a significant rise in FASTag transactions. Over the past eight years, annual toll collections have tripled, underscoring the sector’s robust expansion.

The increase highlights the ongoing development and utilization of road infrastructure across India, contributing significantly to the nation’s economy.
