The Staff Side of the National Council Joint Consultative Machinery (NC JCM) has formally presented a series of demands to the 8th Pay Commission, outlining key areas of concern for government employees.
Among the primary requests is a call to enhance the existing memorandum submission process, aiming to streamline and improve its efficiency. The staff body has compiled a list of nine demands.
The demands also include a request related to the old pension scheme, alongside other points concerning employee welfare and benefits.
