Realty firm Concorde has finalized a lease agreement for 1.4 lakh square feet of prime office space in Bengaluru with BHIVE Workspaces. The annual rent for this significant deal is Rs 16 crore.
The agreement, which spans 15 years and is situated at Concorde Econex, underscores the robust demand for large-scale, flexible office campus solutions. This lease will enable BHIVE to expand its seating capacity by over 3,000 seats.
The transaction further highlights a growing trend among enterprises to seek scalable, plug-and-play office solutions, particularly within key technology hubs.
