Nuvama Wealth Management has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India to establish a Specialized Investment Fund. The company will operate this through its wholly owned subsidiary, Nuvama Asset Management, under the SEBI Mutual Funds Regulations 2026.
Nuvama Asset Management plans to launch a specialized investment platform called Numa SIF. Through this platform, the subsidiary will offer various SIF products to its clients. The regulator granted this permission to the firm to expand its current financial service offerings.
Nuvama Wealth Management currently operates as a broker registered with recognized stock exchanges. The company also provides research services and acts as a syndicate member for the distribution of initial public offerings. This new fund structure adds to the existing business activities conducted by the firm and its subsidiaries.
