HCL Technologies Austria GmbH has completed its acquisition of a 100% stake in Robotic Process Automation d.o.o. This stepdown wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Technologies finalized the purchase of the company, which is incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
The subsidiary operates as part of the broader HCL Technologies group. The parent company provides various IT and business services alongside engineering and research and development solutions. It also offers modernized software products and intellectual property-led services to its clients. Robotic Process Automation d.o.o. functions as a limited liability company based in Croatia. The acquisition represents a full transfer of ownership for the entity to the HCL Technologies arm. The company did not disclose further financial terms regarding the transaction in its announcement on Tuesday.
