Oracle Financial Services Software announced a substantial over two-fold jump in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a net profit of ₹1,415.50 crore for Q1FY27, significantly up from ₹64 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Separately, Regency Fincorp successfully secured ₹40 crore through the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures. This funding was raised via a private placement of 40,000 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹10,000.
Oracle Financial Services Software’s Performance Metrics
Oracle Financial Services Software’s total consolidated income increased by 66.41%, reaching ₹3,202.80 crore for Q1FY27. On a standalone basis, the net profit surged to ₹1,363.60 crore, compared to ₹587.20 crore year-on-year.
The standalone total income for the quarter rose by 79.10%, amounting to ₹2,629.20 crore. These figures reflect robust financial growth across the company’s operations.
Regency Fincorp’s NCD Allotment Details
Regency Fincorp issued 40,000 14% Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures. The company’s Allotment Committee approved this private placement on July 23, 2026.
Each debenture carried a face value of ₹10,000, attracting identified investors. This capital infusion strengthens Regency Fincorp’s financial position.
Both financial entities reported significant activities in their respective segments during Q1FY27. Oracle Financial Services Software demonstrated strong profitability, while Regency Fincorp successfully executed a substantial debt fundraising.
