Janus Henderson Bets Big on Anthropic AI

Janus Henderson, the $500 billion asset manager, is making a major bet on Anthropic’s AI, integrating its Claude model across all divisions to become a technologically advanced firm.

AI Integration Deepens

The firm is working with AI transformation company Percepta to develop two new AI-native systems:

  • PRISM: A client intelligence platform designed for distribution teams to analyze holdings and personalize communications.
  • LIBROS: A research management tool that combines internal and external data for analysts and portfolio managers.

Additionally, Janus Henderson is deploying Claude code for its software engineers and rolling out Anthropic’s workplace assistant, Cowork, company-wide.

Strategic Vision

Ali Dibadj, CEO of Janus Henderson, stated the partnership is crucial for their goal to be the world’s most technologically sophisticated asset manager. This move aims to enhance services for its 75 million clients.

Peter Nolan, Anthropic’s head of asset and wealth management, highlighted AI’s role in boosting efficiency and client service in the knowledge-intensive asset management sector.
